We have an excellent opportunity for a


PMO Leader

to join Olympic Entertainment Group, based in Tallinn HQ.


The role is new in the organization and you will have great opportunity to implement the best practices from the scratch.


Role Overview:

The Group PMO Leader is responsible for managing all PMO (project management office) related activities. He/she will oversee and coordinate all VCP (Value Creation Plan) Module implementations, organize controlling and reporting capabilities, work with all module leaders to prioritize and schedule module tasks, metrics and timelines.
He/she reports to Group CEO and dotted line report is Group Business Controller.
The PMO Leader will champion VCP module objectives and business expectations throughout the group by communicating high-level goals, initiatives and results to all levels of staff.
The PMO Leader will support the effective use of resources for each module.
In summary, he/she is a person who can both take the helicopter view and notice little details in order to bind all shareholders and projects and achieve outstanding business results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with company management to align VCP initiatives with overall group strategy and results
  • Work with members of the Board to facilitate the comprehensive status reporting of VCP modules
  • Work with shareholder’s teams to coordinate division resources, tasks, timelines, metrics reporting, and general communication
  • Develop processes and systems to raise efficiency and ensure better collaboration / seek synergies between different divisions
  • Review division metrics, updates, and internal reports
  • Assign tasks to module leaders
  • Answer questions about deliverables, timelines, resources, processes, etc.
  • Resolve issues and take decisions if and when needed


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Project Management experience from a medium-large organization
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, IT or another relevant area
  • Working experience in a matrix organization and cross-border assignments
  • Good financial acumen
  • Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills
  • Flexibility, in order to work on different projects in parallel and cope with the changing environment
  • Very good command of Estonian and English language in speaking and writing (English is the working language).
