ARISTA´s customer with this assignment is Inchcape Motors Estonia.

Inchcape is a leading, international automotive distributor and retailer operating in 29 mature and emerging markets, with diversified, multi-channel revenue streams including new and used vehicles, parts, service, finance and insurance. The Group headquarter is located in London, employs over 16,000 people and has scale operations in the UK, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Greece, Belgium, South America and Russia. The group turnover in 2016 was £7.8bn.

Inchcape has been represented in Estonia since 2005, representing Mazda and Jaguar Land Rover. In June 2017, company acquired BMW/KIA business from company United Motors. New BMW/KIA business is seen as separate business unit that belongs to Inchcape’s Northern Europe BMW division. There are four retail sites in Inchcape BMW/KIA Estonia. Retail Sites representing BMW Group in Tallinn and Tartu, and KIA retail sites in Kohtla-Järve and Pärnu. There are ca 95 employees in BMW/KIA Estonia with consolidated turnover of 46 MEUR.


Brief role description:

  • Lead BMW and KIA Retail business in Estonia. Drive business forward in achieving operating and manufacturer targets and lead the strategic relationship with brand partners to ensure profitable development of the business in Estonia.
  • Work closely with MD BMW Northern Europe to ensure region’s target delivery and fulfilment of strategic growth agenda.
  • Responsibility for profit and loss. Special focus on profitable sales growth, increased profitability, cost control and optimized stock.


Key Focus Areas 2018 – 2019:

  • Lead ongoing integration project – to integrate Inchcape operational standards and governance model.
  • Recruit, develop and retain best-in-class talent.


Your Profile:

  • Academic Degree in BA, economics.
  • +5 years’ experience in a senior executive role in sales-led organisation.
  • Proven track record on growing business, reaching targets, goals, set KPIs and/or proven experience growing faster than competition.
  • Entrepreneurial experience and/or attitude.
  • Track record of working in a large, complex, multi-national environment with a high degree of operational and commercial content.
  • Self-aware leader – leading by example. Prioritizing team agenda, not his/her own.
