The Group’s network of 11 subsidiaries extends to 9 countries including Finland, Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Sweden, USA and China. The network of dealers extends to more than 50 countries.

The Group has a staff of ca 350 persons in nine different countries.

Most of the working time in Rovaniemi, but also at other production sites in Estonia and Sweden.


The Role:

  • The Director reports to Group CEO and has three Production Managers and Chief of Group production planning team as direct subordinates. The Director works closely with Mgmt team members, Group procurement, Lean & quality, Sales, R&D, HR, Administration, IT.
  • The Director is responsible for leading and developing the Production units´ profitable, efficient and effective operations according to LEAN and TOC (Theory of Constraints) philosophy by meeting the goals and KPIs set by the Management Team following the laws of the appropriate countries.
  • Responsibility for profit and loss of production units and competitiveness of Supply Chain. This responsibility includes the fulfillment of the short-and long-term goals (incl. financial), set in a strategic plan, budgetary etc.
  • Responsibility for delivering products (and services?) in right time, right amount and right quality (JIT principle).
  • The Director prepares proposal for decisions for strategy of its own function aiming to follow Operational Exellency as a main strategic focus area, which is in line with the Group Strategy and create yearly actions plans based to the approved strategy.
  • Collaborate with corporate functions and divisions’, participate in Group projects when needed.
  • Be advocate for constant improvement within the Group.
  • Informing the Supply Chain organization of the actual financial situation to keep the pressure on to achieve our targets.


To succeed with abovementioned role, we need You to have:

  • 5+ years proven experience in production management in compearable international production company FTE 200+.
  • 10+ years of experience as manager and team leader.
  • proven track record on growing business, reaching targets, goals, set KPIs.
  • entrepreneurial experience and/or attitude.
  • Lean implementation experience.
  • understanding the processes of production planning, global procurement, production and internal and external logistics as well as modern ERP´s.
  • Finnish and English skills at C1 level.
  • readiness to spend major part of the working time at Rovaniemi.
